Care For Adults with Physical and other Disabilities
Herts Homecare believe in empowering service users with physical disabilities to take control of their lives by providing a caring and supportive environment.
Our care team help to promote independent living skills and as much mobility as possible. We try to make sure that the service user’s physical needs have the least impact on their lives.
We have a person-centred approach to service users with learning difficulties. We support them to take control of their own lives in order to achieve the outcomes they so desire. We achieve this by constantly listening and learning from individuals as to what is important to them, both now and in the future.
